What could be better than homemade cookies for a Christmas snack? Dipped in milk, it's just heavenly. For the filling dough, I’ve prepared a step-by-step guide for you; you'll see, it's very simple.
Preparation of the cookie dough: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the butter and sugar together. Add 60 g of sifted flour, cocoa powder, and milk. Mix with a fork until everything is well combined. Place the dough on a floured surface and add 2 tablespoons of flour. Work the dough for 3 minutes. Roll out the dough with your hands and pat it to stretch it out. Using a round cookie cutter, cut out 20 discs. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 20°C for 5 minutes. Let cool.
To finish preparing the vanilla dough: Put an egg white in a bowl. Add the powdered sugar (2 tablespoons at a time only) and beat at the same time with a mixer. Beat until the consistency becomes a dough. Place it on a surface dusted with powdered sugar and knead for 30 seconds. This is how the dough should look. Make a small well and add the liquid vanilla. Take a piece of the dough and flatten it with your hand, then use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes. Repeat this process the same way with the rest of the dough until you make 10 disks. Place the dough on a cookie disk and cover with a second disk.
