 10 Pitted dates
 4 Shredded natural coconut
 40 Dark chocolate 70%

Blend the dates until a smooth paste is formed. Set aside.

Blend 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut with the oats to obtain a sort of powder.

In a bowl, mix the date paste with the whole almond puree and the prepared powder.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces.

Incorporate the dark chocolate chips and then mix everything together well.

Form small balls with the palm of your hand.

Cover half of the balls with shredded coconut.
