Indulge in this quick and easy recipe for a molten chocolate center dessert with bits of cookies and salted butter caramel.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (conventional) / 210°C (fan).
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Let it cool slightly.
Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture lightens in color and becomes frothy, then add the melted chocolate and mix.
Add the flour using a wooden spoon.
Pour into 2/3 of 4 buttered and floured muffin molds. Bake for 7 minutes (6 minutes for a convection oven). Remove the molten centers from the oven and wait 2 minutes before unmolding them.
To finish, serve with a bit of caramel cream and crushed cookies.
