Peel and slice the onions. Peel and rinse the carrots, then cut them roughly into rounds. Chop the cilantro.
Brown the onions in the oil of a pot. Add the carrots. Add pepper, curry, and nutmeg. Cover with broth. Close and cook for 12 minutes after the pressure begins.
Remove the lid, add the melted cheese cut into small pieces, mix, and blend with an immersion blender.
