This vegan endive gratin recipe is presented by a northern brand.
In a large pot, bring enough salted water to a boil to cover your endives.
Rinse your endives, remove the ends, then immerse them in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grease a baking dish and arrange the endives.
Season with herbs, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and almond cream, then pour over the endives.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
To finish, the tip: make the gratin even more delicious by adding a bit of plant-based cheese!
