 70 Water
 1 Chicken broth
 300 Sliced chicken
 4 Enoki Mushrooms
 2 Lemongrass
 2 Kaffir (or a zest of lime)
 4 Whole bird's eye chili (or 1 tablespoon of shrimp curry paste)

Pour the coconut milk, water, and the broth cube into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the white part of the lemongrass and the sliced galangal.
