A comforting and light mushroom soup with a pleasant taste of potatoes. A creamy soup that is not too high in calories, perfect to start the winter.

 500 Button mushroom
 1 Large onion
 2 Flour
 1 Large potato
 2 Olive oil
 20 Skim milk
 10 Water

Wash the mushrooms and slice them, chop the onion, and cut the potato into cubes.

In the bowl of the food processor, add the oil and the onion and start the sauté program.

To finish, after the previous step, open the machine and add all the other ingredients, being sure to reserve some slices of mushrooms that you will cook in a lightly oiled hot pan for decoration. Then start the creamy soup program of your machine. Serve hot in bowls with the mushroom slices.
