The success of this cake lies in the ice cream used: it must be rich and very creamy for the cake to be moist. Otherwise, you risk having a dry and dense texture.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
Pour the melted vanilla ice cream into a mixing bowl.
Add the chocolate chips and pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Unmold and let cool slightly.
