 1 Yogurt
 3 Baker's yeast
 1 Powdered saffron
 250 Honey syrup scented with orange blossom.

Let it rest. Add the yogurt, oil, water, saffron, and mix vigorously before covering with a cloth and letting it rest for 30 minutes.

Cooking Heat the oil in a deep pan. Using a piping bag (or funnel or food syringe), pour the batter into the hot oil, creating spirals.

Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
