Sweet pastry dough
 100 Sugar
 2 Egg yolk
 1 pinch Salt
 200 Flour
 125 Butter
Chocolate cream
 15 Liquid cream
 1 Vanilla sugar
 225 Chocolate
 2 Egg yolk
 30 Butter
Directions
1

Prepare the sweet dough: In a bowl, pour in the sugar, egg yolks, and salt. Mix the ingredients with a spatula until the mixture doubles in volume and is frothy. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2

Incorporate the flour all at once. Mix first with a spatula and then with your fingers, crumbling the dough into small pieces. Gather them into a well. Place the butter in pieces in the center. Knead quickly without overworking the dough. Flatten it by hand to make it smoother. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3

Roll out the dough. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Bake until the edges of the dough are lightly golden.

4

To finish, make the chocolate cream: Heat the cream with the vanilla sugar. Add the chocolate broken into pieces. Stir until it reaches the consistency of a thick cream. Incorporate the egg yolks and the butter. Mix thoroughly. Pour over the tart base and let it cool. Serve optionally with a few strawberries.

For chocolate lovers! Chocolate cream for the perfect topping. Its taste largely depends on the quality of the chocolate used... You can also flavor it to your liking: cinnamon, sour cream, fruit liqueur, etc. A downside for the dough that is too hard! My suggestion: Served 3 hours after preparation, the chocolate was still a bit (too) creamy. Much better the next day after a night in the fridge.

So good! Not bad at all! My kids loved it! Thanks a lot! My suggestion: I added a bit of cinnamon and powdered sugar to soften the dark chocolate. It's really nice! Give it a try! :)

Very happy. Great! I've been looking for this recipe for a long time, and I am not disappointed! My suggestion: Next time, I will use less butter and personally, I will add banana slices at the bottom, it's really good!

With almonds I delighted my colleagues with this tart to which I added almonds that I toasted and spread on top. Thank you.
