No need to excel in the kitchen to impress everyone with a gratin.
Peel the mushrooms and shallots. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the shallots into thin rounds. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet. Sauté the mushrooms and shallots together for 8 to 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Set aside. Mix the blue cheese with the cream.
Preheat your oven to 160°C. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and potatoes. Cut them into cubes. Let them steam for 12-15 minutes. Prepare a baking dish.
To finish, pour in the sweet potatoes and potatoes. Grate the nutmeg over the potatoes. Add the mushrooms and mix well. Cover the gratin with the cheese preparation. Bake the gratin for 25-35 minutes.
