Orange and Wild Blueberry Tiramisu Recipe

A fruity and colorful tiramisu with oranges and blueberries for even more vitamins.

 100 Blueberries
 3 Orange
 150 Bitter almond amarettini biscuits
 1 Almond liqueur
 80 Mascarpone
 100 Fresh cheese
 1 Vanilla sugar

Thaw the blueberries and squeeze the juice of an orange. Place the cookies in a bowl and pour the orange juice and Amaretto over them.

Peel the remaining oranges and cut them into thin fillets. Mix the mascarpone and fresh cream cheese with the vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir until you obtain a smooth cream.

Divide half of the cookies among 4 bowls and top with half of the berries and oranges.

To finish, pour in the cream, smoothing the surface. Proceed in the same way with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour.
