Beat the sugar with the 2 egg yolks, add the vanilla sugar, the coconut cream, and stir.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and incorporate it into the mixture. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the batter.
To finish, butter and flour a loaf pan. Pour everything in. Preheat the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
