No waste! You can use your radish greens to make pesto, an omelet, but also this creamy soup with radish greens. Here, the greens are cooked in a pan before being prepared into soup.

 10 Liquid cream
 4 Olive oil
 Salt

Preparation of the greens. Gather the radish greens, wash them, and drain.

Cooking Sauté the onion in oil. Add the diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add the radish greens with the potatoes; they wilt quickly. Cover with water. Let cook for 20 minutes.

Blending and seasoning Blend, add the liquid cream. Adjust the seasoning.

    I found this recipe excellent, used radish greens from the garden, and replaced the fresh cream with processed cheese. A recipe to keep safely.

    Excellent, with a bit of feta and milk instead of cream, it's certainly just as good. With a bit of fresh cilantro, it's even better. I'm going to keep some in the fridge to taste it cold. In my opinion, it's just as good.

    Someone had mentioned it to me, and I came to check the recipe to make this creamy soup. I, who used to throw away those greens, will now make a delicious soup just like the one I made! My spouse and I really enjoyed it... Plus, it's very economical and inexpensive!
