It was hard and easy and delicious. I am a very good cook and cook a lot for my family. I am 10, and I have made a lot of desserts in my life, starting from the age of 2. This is one of the best ones I made. Even though the cake I invented is really good, I would love to share it, but these cinnamon buns are a piece of heaven.

Delicious brioche rolls that I will make again in the winter with tea for an afternoon snack. They are very good, but be careful with the amount of cinnamon, and I can already imagine variations with honey, raisins, pine nuts...

I was a bit afraid to try this recipe that seemed difficult (especially without a bread machine or mixer), but if you follow everything to the letter, it's perfect! Served immediately after coming out of the oven, my rolls were melt-in-your-mouth delicious; I would definitely make them again!

I found the recipe good and easy to make. I used dry yeast because I ran out of fresh yeast, and the result is good. However, I kneaded the dough in a mixer for a few minutes and let it rise in the oven at 30 degrees for 45 minutes. The same after cutting the rolls; after brushing them with egg yolk, I left them in the oven for 30 minutes to let the dough rise again. I didn't have brown sugar, so I replaced it with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon and butter. Best enjoyed warm, as the brioche tends to harden!

Cinnamon Roll yum! Mine turned out pretty well, not super risen but not flat either, and really tasty, which is the most important thing! But you really have to keep an eye on the oven, and I don't really have the time, so I opted for Keebler Cinnamon Roll cookies, which have a nice flavor that I didn't find in this recipe... My suggestion: Take the time to carefully monitor the baking.
