Quick and simple recipe for marble cakes in a yogurt maker. Very good for summer when you don't want to turn on the oven.
Melt the butter and brush the inside of the jars.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until pale.
Add the remaining cooled melted butter, flour, and baking powder.
Divide the mixture into two: In one, add the vanilla. In the other, add the cocoa. Mix both mixtures well individually.
Fill the jars by alternating a spoonful of each preparation. Be careful during cooking, as the preparation will bubble up, so only fill them halfway.
Finally, place in the yogurt maker, program 3 or 5 depending on your model, and set for 35 minutes. Let cool to room temperature and unmold using a knife blade.
