 1 Onion
 2 Olive oil

    Very nice! This recipe is a change from the traditional casserole! It allows you to use leftover rice! I recommend it for an easy evening meal! My suggestion: I added a bit more tomatoes to the rice preparation to prevent it from being too dry.

    Excellent recipe for dinner with a salad. My suggestion: Add more tomatoes to the rice to make it less dry and layer mozzarella and tomatoes between the rice in addition to the top.
