To try: this recipe for white cheese tart.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the yolks with the powdered sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until the mixture turns pale.
Add the yogurt and the fresh cream, whisk again on low speed.
Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold them into this mixture using a spatula to achieve a smooth cream.
Place the shortcrust pastry in a springform pan or in a tart pan with high edges, prick the bottom, and pour in the cream.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the height of your mold (the taller the mold, the longer the cooking time will need to be).
Let cool completely without unmolding and place in the refrigerator as this tart is enjoyed chilled.
To finish, sprinkle with icing sugar just before serving.
