Green asparagus soup with smoked bacon, the perfect recipe for a spring meal starter. This recipe is delicious, you will love this soup.
Reserve 8 tips of asparagus and cook them in a small steamer basket.
In a saucepan, place the frozen asparagus, half of the smoked bacon, sprinkle with the powdered broth, and add a cup of boiling water. Cover and let simmer for about fifteen minutes.
At the end of cooking, add a splash of liquid cream and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Cover and keep warm while preparing the garnish.
