I wanted a pie that wouldn't take too much time and especially one where the main ingredient would be fruits. Mission accomplished with this mix of slightly tart fruits and that good almond taste...
Wash the cherries, stem them, and pit them. Mix the cherries and sugar. Let rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet (keeping the parchment paper underneath), sprinkle with almond powder, then brown sugar.
Place the cherries in the center of the dough, leaving about 5 cm of dough free around the edges. Add the raspberries and pistachios. Fold the edges over.
To finish, brush with milk to brown the tart, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy the tart once it has cooled.
