Indulge in this recipe for a vegetable tian with sausage.
Preheat your oven to 175°. Cook the sausage without piercing it in simmering water for 30 minutes.
Cut all the vegetables into thin slices and cook them in salted boiling water for 15 minutes.
Cut the sausage into regular thin slices. Brown the pine nuts in a non-stick pan for a few minutes.
Arrange the vegetables and slices of sausage alternately in a baking dish lined with parchment paper to create a harmonious display of colors. Sprinkle with fresh thyme, add the pine nuts, season with pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
To finish, place in the oven for 20 minutes, taking care to cover with a sheet of aluminum foil halfway through cooking. Enjoy hot.
