Discover my easy recipe for a plum tart. A fresh and delicious recipe to share with the whole family for a good dessert or an afternoon snack. Choose flavorful plums for even more indulgence.
Wash, dry, pit, and cut the mirabelles in half. In a pie dish, roll out the dough (without removing the parchment paper that comes with it), prick it with a fork, and bake blind for 10 minutes at 180°C. Let cool.
In a bowl, mix the whole egg and the sifted flour. Gradually dilute the mixture with the half glass of milk. Add the 50 g of sugar and a small glass of fruit brandy if you have it. Mix well.
Place the plums on the pre-baked crust and pour the mixture over everything. Sprinkle a few small pieces of butter on top.
To finish, bake at 220°C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
