Well, I have to tell you, I made an absolutely wonderful chocolate muffin recipe! They are incredibly moist, melting in some places with the chocolate chips.
Prepare 2 bowls. In the first, mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, salt, and sifted cocoa. In the second, beat the eggs with the sugar using an immersion blender.
Add the sifted flour to the egg mixture and mix well. Add the melted butter and the milk. Add the chocolate chips. (Keep some chips for the end!!!!). Place the muffin batter in the freezer for 20 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour the muffin batter into the muffin molds. Reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for 18 minutes.
To finish, when taking them out of the oven, add a few chocolate chips on top of the muffins. Enjoy!!!
