 2 Braeburn apple
 120 Semolina sugar
 100 Flour
 2 Egg
 120 Chopped walnut pieces (keep 6 for decoration)
 15 Fresh cream
 ½ Baking powder
 Dark cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs, add the sugar, and mix well with a whisk. Then gradually incorporate the cream, the coarsely chopped nuts, and finally the flour with the baking powder. Work everything together with the whisk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.

Peel and core the apples; cut them into small cubes and fold them into the mixture. Pour everything into a well-buttered cake pan with a diameter of 20 cm.

To finish, bake for about 35 minutes. Let cool before unmolding. Dust the cake with dark chocolate and decorate with the reserved nut halves.

    Super good and easy to make. I reduced the amount of sugar as usual (75g), and since there were no children, I added a little alcohol... Delicious.

    very good recipe; I had peeled and cut the 2 apples too early, so I allowed myself to lemon them and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. The guests asked me to make this cake again for the next occasion.
