 1 Large pot of salted water
 2 Butter
 Salt

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. In the meantime, wash your vegetables and cut them in half lengthwise. When the water is boiling, add them. Cook for about 10 minutes.

To finish, drain the vegetables and dry them with a paper towel. Take a pan and sauté the vegetables with butter. When they are nicely browned, serve immediately with grilled meat.

    Suggestion Bok choy loses a lot of its nutritional value after 10 minutes of boiling. My suggestion: Why not steam it lightly first, or simply sauté it directly? It cooks quickly and will retain its color, flavor, and nutritional value.

    Overcooked The delicate flavor of this vegetable, slightly bitter (it belongs to the cabbage family), does not withstand such a long cooking time: cut in half, just sautéed for 1 minute, it should still be slightly crunchy, with a splash of soy sauce on the plate, or plain, that's the best way to enjoy it!
