Discover this zucchini bread recipe. This savory loaf is perfect as a starter or for a picnic. Both big and small food lovers will enjoy it; everyone loves it.

Preparation of the mold: Grease a loaf pan and line it with thin slices of zucchini (set aside a few for the top of the bread).
Preparation of the vegetables Cut the zucchini into cubes and chop the garlic, then sauté everything in a bit of olive oil for 20 minutes.
Preparation of the mixture: Beat the eggs and add the diced ham, breadcrumbs, cream, grated cheese, basil (or mint), salt, and pepper. Add the diced zucchini and mix everything well.
Cooking: Fill the loaf pan with this preparation, add the remaining slices on top, and bake in the oven at 160 °C for 40 minutes. Unmold when cold and serve with homemade mayonnaise.
