Succulent, everyone enjoyed it a lot. I used sausages instead of meat (it's all I had) and it was a delight. Next time I'll try it with meat. Thank you for this recipe.

Excellent Super recipe! Very easy to make and remember. Quick in the pressure cooker. Even my two-and-a-half-year-old had seconds, the sauce is delicious. My suggestion: Add carrots and some potatoes. A little extra: add half a candied lemon at the end of cooking, it gives a little sweet acidity to the sauce, I love it. For those who like spice, add a whole chili at the beginning of cooking.

Very good Good tagine!! My suggestion: My sauce was too liquid, put in a little less water and make sure to brown the meat well without the ingredients to collect the juices.

Excellent Very good recipe, the whole family loved it. I added potatoes as someone suggested. My suggestion: I didn't have fresh kidney beans, so I added canned white beans that I added 15 minutes before the end of cooking.

Excellent recipe Take meats that are very gelatinous, which will need to be cooked for a long enough time so that they can almost be eaten without using a knife. The beans should also be cooked sufficiently to become tender. The sauce should reduce accordingly to achieve a good creaminess. My suggestion: Carefully manage the cooking process to achieve the desired perfection by choosing excellent ingredients.
