 1 sliced red onion
 Sauces of your choice: tomato, ketchup, bolognese, yogurt.
 Fresh herbs of your choice: chives, mint leaves, coriander leaves.

Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet and sauté the sliced bell pepper and minced onion over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring regularly.

Prepare 1.5 volumes of boiling water for the volume of sunflower protein. Pour everything into the skillet. Let cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
