A wrap recipe.
Slice the mushrooms, brush them with olive oil, then grill them on a hot grill for 4 to 5 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.

Assemble the wraps by first placing 2 slices of sheep's cheese, then adding chickpea hummus, carrots, red onion, mushroom slices, cherry tomatoes, green tomato, and parsley. You can then roll the wraps and enjoy!
To finish, Tip: Serve with slices of lime.
