 3 Milk
 ¼ Cucumber
 2 Carrot
 1 Bell pepper
 1 Avocado
 10 Basil
 2 Lime
 20 Mint
 1 pinch Espelette pepper
 1 pinch Paprika
 1 pinch Cumin
 10 Coriander
 2 cloves Garlic
 ½ Lemon juice
 3 Chives
 11 Cherry tomato
 1 Basil

Finely blend together: 9 cherry tomatoes + garlic + basil + salt + pepper + half a yogurt // Chopped cucumber + 10 mint leaves + salt + pepper + half a yogurt // Diced bell pepper + paprika + chili powder + half a yogurt //

Do the same with: Grated carrots + cumin + salt + pepper + half a yogurt // Mashed avocado + cilantro + half the chopped garlic + salt + pepper + lime juice + half a yogurt + 3 tablespoons of milk // 2 yogurts + the juice of half a lemon + salt + pepper + 10 mint leaves + the rest of the chopped garlic.

Taste each preparation to adjust the seasoning. Layer the preparations in jars one on top of the other. Decorate with pieces of vegetables and a few herbs. Reserve in the fridge before serving.

For a decorative effect, dip the straw by sticking it along the walls and move down in curves; the layers will mix to create beautiful patterns.
