A fresh smoothie bowl for a light and indulgent breakfast!

 1 Frozen red fruits
 200 Plant-based milk
 1 Kiwi
 ½ Banana
 1 Almond purée
 Quinoa soufflé

In a blender, blend the banana, frozen berries, chia seeds, and plant-based milk (I opted for coconut milk for indulgence).

To finish, pour the smoothie into a bowl (it should have a thick consistency so that the toppings can be placed on top). Add your favorite toppings on top and enjoy!
