A delicious recipe for old-fashioned milk jam that reminds us of our childhood sweets. It is quick and easy to make from condensed milk in a pot or Dutch oven.

 1 Hot water

Cooking Place the jars in a large pot and fill with water until 1 cm from the top of the jar; the water should not enter the jar of jam.

Simmer gently for 2 hours. The milk caramelizes and turns into caramelized milk.

Cooling Take the jars out of the hot water and turn them upside down as you would with any other jam, which will help preserve them for a while.

    Milk jam This is the best milk jam recipe. You don’t have to stir for two hours; it does it on its own, but be careful, you need to keep hot water available, so add some from time to time.

    Super good! I made it yesterday after coming back from class, and we ate it just now, and everyone loved it... Thank you for sharing this recipe that I didn't know until Monday... My suggestion: Let it cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes instead... Otherwise, it's very good...
