Inspired by this recipe, Jocelyne added a broth, with an additional 45 minutes of cooking time; As a side dish, a sauté of mushrooms gathered that day. A light Pinot gris with the turkey, what a busy day.

turkey stew I have improved it so I can't give an opinion on this recipe. My suggestion: why are the mushrooms only in the photo?

Not bad quick and easy My suggestion: at the end, I throw away half of the broth, add salt, and add a can of whole mushrooms before putting in the cream and egg yolk.

Unlikely cooking I find it strange to make a dish in 35 minutes? I take 1 hour and 15 minutes for the meat to become tender and fall apart, I’m skeptical! However, I also believe that just water isn’t flavorful; in my opinion, you should add broth or more white wine, at least that’s what I do :)

Broth? I think this recipe lacks broth. My suggestion: Rather than covering with water, it's better to cover with broth; it adds more flavor. But do not add salt!
