Sweet Potato Hummus Recipe, vegan

Ingredients
 200 cooked chickpeas
 1 cup almond powder
 ½ Lemon juice
 1 clove garlic
 300 Sweet potato
 Flower of salt
 Pepper
 2 cups Olive oil
 sesame seeds

Cook the whole sweet potato with the skin in boiling water for 30 minutes, until it is cooked. Mash and peel the potato, then cut it into pieces. In a bowl, combine the sweet potato, drained chickpeas, peeled garlic clove, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and blend everything together.

Add olive oil and mix or blend. Check the seasoning.

Place this sweet mixture in a dish and top it with sesame seeds. Cover and keep in the fridge until it’s time to serve with vegetable chips, for example...

To finish, note: raw garlic adds a spicy kick. If you like, you can add more; if you don't, you can remove it or replace it with cooked garlic. Adding olive oil is simply wonderful. You can serve this hummus with sweet potato chips.
