Recipe for quinoa & sweet potato love bites, with spicy sauce.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Peel the sweet potato and steam it. Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions.
Finely blend the cooked sweet potato (without adding water). Mix this puree with the drained quinoa, the egg, the flour, the cheese, the chia seeds, and the coconut. Season with a teaspoon of garam masala, a teaspoon of curry, a pinch of ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
For a consistent result, grease a mold with small compartments and fill it with a spoonful of the mixture. Otherwise, on a lined baking sheet, gently place a spoonful of the dough and shape it into a round form. Bake in the middle of the oven for about fifteen minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, sesame paste, lemon, chili, salt, and pepper.
The small bites are ready when they are golden brown, crispy on the outside, and soft in the center. They can be eaten both hot and cold, accompanied by spicy sauce and salad.
To finish Variation: You can also make large patties with this preparation, cook them in the oven or on the stove, and then top them like a burger. Choose the perfect recipe to share with your partner!
