 ½ Red pepper
 8 Spring onion
 40 Soy sauce
 400 Sliced beef
 2 Zucchini
 2 Yellow or red peppers
 2 Powdered paprika
To add yourself
 2 Sunflower oil
 Pepper

Directions
1

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the noodles. • Chop the garlic. Separate the white part from the green part of the green onion and chop them separately. Grate the ginger (if desired, with the skin).

2

Remove the seeds and finely chop the chili (it's spicy! Adjust to your taste). In a bowl, mix the garlic, ginger, chili, soy sauce, and sweet Asian sauce with the beef.

3

Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, then into thin half-moons. Remove the seeds and cut the bell pepper into strips.

4

Heat a drizzle of sunflower oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the white part of the green onion, zucchini, bell pepper, and 1/2 packet of paprika per person for 6-8 minutes. Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes in a pot.

5

Add the beef and marinade to the vegetables. Stir-fry everything for 1-2 minutes.

6

Drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water to prevent them from sticking together. Add them to the wok or skillet. Mix the noodles well and stir-fry for another minute over high heat.

7

To finish, serve the noodles on the plates. Sprinkle with the green part of the green onion.
