Hello everyone! A spread that is much better than store-bought! Of course! You know the classic recipe that uses sweetened condensed milk, so why not use milk jam?
Place the hazelnuts in a non-stick skillet and heat them for a few minutes to toast. Once slightly cooled, rub them between your hands to remove the skin and blend. Melt the chocolate and butter and mix.
Add the ground hazelnuts and the cocoa hazelnut spread and mix. It's ready! Enjoy with a good brioche, for example...
Note: roasted hazelnuts always have more flavor! But if you don't have the time or don't feel like it, you can use hazelnut powder. I melt my chocolate in the microwave at medium power, and 1 minute before it's done, I add the butter so it melts with the chocolate. To store it, I prefer to keep it in the fridge and take it out in the evening for the next morning's breakfast, essential if you don't want to ruin your toast with something too hard.
