A smoothie that boosts your energy, for a vitamin shot in the morning.

 ½ Pineapple
 2 Carrots
 1 Orange or 2 tangerines
 1 Ginger or a pinch of cinnamon
 Ice cubes or a little water

Put the cubed pineapple, peeled and sliced carrots, orange or mandarin segments, and ginger into the blender bowl.

Finally, add the ice or water and blend. Don't forget, you need to blend for a long time, a very long time (at least 60 to 90 seconds after everything has been pureed) to achieve a nice, smooth consistency. Enjoy immediately.
