A recipe for shrimp skewers with prosciutto to enjoy urgently and serve with a green salad!
For the marinade, crush the pepper and mix it with the oil, lime juice, salt, and chopped chives. Add the cleaned and deveined shrimp to the marinade and let it marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Drain the shrimp, wrap them in a slice of zucchini, then in a slice of ham and skewer them two by two on skewers.
Preheat the grill and cook the skewers, turning them occasionally.
Finally, when they are cooked, season them to your taste with a little oil and, if necessary, a pinch of salt. Serve the skewers with salad.
