Shakshuka Recipe with Grilled Lamb Shoulder

Ingredients
 400 Lamb shoulder
 2 Red and yellow bell pepper
 5 Tomato
 4 Egg
 100 Feta
 2 cloves Garlic
 2 Red onion
 1 Coriander
 1 Paprika
 1 Cumin
 1 dash Olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Sauté the chopped red onions and minced garlic in a drizzle of olive oil with the spices for 5 minutes. Add the previously diced lamb and sliced bell peppers, and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, and pour in 1/2 cup of water. Mix well and let simmer for 20 minutes.

Then add the 4 eggs. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.

To finish, crumble some feta over the shakshuka and add fresh cilantro. Serve with slices of toasted bread.
