 120 Ham
 100 Hazelnut
 3 Egg
 100 Charentes-Poitou Butter AOP
 12 Milk
 200 Flour
 2 Baking powder
 1 clove Garlic
 ½ Chives
 1 Salt

Directions

Peel and finely grate the carrots. Melt the butter. Cut the cheese into pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, and melted butter until you achieve a creamy mixture. Add the milk and stir.

Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder). Add the grated carrots, hazelnuts, and diced ham. Mix thoroughly. Add the cheese pieces and chopped chives. Mix.

Butter and flour a cake pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.

Finally, let cool before unmolding the cake. Serve for an appetizer or as a starter with a green salad.
