What a delight these chicken wings are! Once you taste them, you'll keep making them over and over, it’s so simple to make and delicious. It's hard to stop. You can serve them as an appetizer or as a main dish (as I do), accompanied by the side of your choice (mashed potatoes for me).
Using kitchen scissors, cut the chicken wings.
In a small bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
Place the chicken wings in a large freezer bag (3l). Pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the wings well to coat them with the marinade.
Place the bag in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours for the meat to marinate.
Once the meat is marinated, preheat the oven to 200°C, static heat.
Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Knead the bag with the meat one last time, then place the chicken wings on the tray in a single layer.
Bake and cook for 25 minutes. Then flip the wings and cook for another 15 minutes.
To finish, serve immediately.
