Discover this recipe for yellow peach jam. A deliciously flavorful jam that can be spread on toasted bread or added to yogurt at the end of a meal, or even used in cakes.
Preparation of the fruits: Rinse and peel the peaches. Cut into pieces. Place the fruits in a large pot or a jam basin. Scrape the vanilla and add the seeds to the fruits. Mix well.
Cooking Cover with sugar and let macerate for 1 hour. Cook over high heat until boiling, stirring frequently.
Fill sterilized jars to the brim. Cover immediately and turn upside down for 3 minutes.
