Savor these white asparagus with wild garlic vinaigrette. White asparagus is a delight, but paired with wild garlic vinaigrette, it's pure magic.
Asparagus: Peel the asparagus. Wash them and cook in a large pot filled with salted water, covered, at a gentle simmer for about twenty minutes. Drain and set aside.
The vinaigrette: Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette. Set aside. Arrange the cooled asparagus on a serving platter, drizzled with the vinaigrette.
