A recipe for pancakes with chocolate sauce. Discover a simple way to prepare pancakes for your breakfasts and snacks. The combination of dark chocolate and pear will please everyone!
Heat 100ml of vegetable cooking oil in a small saucepan, add the dark chocolate and let it melt over low heat. Set aside.
Pour the flour into the mixing bowl. Add the sugar, eggs, and melted butter;
Mix well with a mixer.
Add the organic plant-based chocolate gradually. Add water and mix. Let it rest.
Peel and cut the pears into small cubes. Make a caramel: add the sugar to a non-stick pan and let it melt over low heat, until a caramel is formed.
Add the pears and sauté them until they become caramelized. Set aside.
Heat a non-stick skillet (lightly oil if necessary).
Pour a ladle of batter, spread it in the pan, then wait for it to cook on one side before flipping it. Cook all the pancakes this way.
To finish, roll the pancakes and serve them with chocolate sauce and caramelized pears. Enjoy your meal.
