Discover this recipe for twists with zucchini cream. Super tasty, this vegetable dish is a great way to introduce young ones to zucchini with pleasure!
Cooking the Pasta Cook the fusilli for 3 minutes, and prepare the cream in the meantime.
Preparation of the vegetables. Wash the zucchini and cut them into large cubes. Cook the zucchini over low to medium heat until they are golden.
Preparation of the sauce: Add a small container of liquid cream (approximately 200 ml). Tip: For more flavor, do not throw away the pasta cooking water! You can add it to the mixture.
Cooking Let it simmer for a few minutes, then season and mix. Then pour the mixture into a blender and blend everything until you achieve a creamy consistency.
Serve in a dish, add the pasta to the zucchini cream and mix well to ensure they absorb the sauce. Enjoy!
