Recipe for a thousand crepes with fruits.
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the cornstarch and wheat flour in the milk. Then add the eggs that have been beaten together and the vanilla sugar. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
In a pan about 24 centimeters wide, evenly spread the margarine, and when the pan is hot, pour in the batter using a ladle.
Cook the pancakes over high heat, flipping them to brown the other side as well. Let the pancakes rest for 50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Using a cookie cutter or a knife, cut the pancakes into the desired shape and then place them on a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes to allow them to dry.
Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries into quarters.
In a cold bowl, place the cold cream and whip it to achieve a whipped cream texture.
Finish the preparation by incorporating vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Finally, assemble the mille-crepes by alternating strawberries and whipped cream.
