Pork tenderloin with chestnuts, here is a good easy seasonal recipe for holiday meals.
Preparation of tenderloin Cut the tenderloin into 4 to 6 sections. Sear them for a few minutes in a pot with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Side Dish: Add the peeled and sliced red onion along with the leek whites cut into thin rounds.
Seasoning Salt, pepper, and allow to cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the minced garlic, parsley, garlic mixture, chestnuts, mustard, and white wine.
Cooking Mix and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Stir in the cream and then let simmer for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
