Discover this recipe for veal. This very tender cut of meat can be cooked in various ways. It's enjoyable when braised, simply with herbs.
Meat Preparation In a pot, heat the olive oil. When the oil is hot, sear the veal on each side for 3 minutes. The meat should brown. Set aside.
Preparation of the filling: Peel the garlic and onion, and chop finely.
Cooking In the same pot, sauté the onion with the garlic until golden. Add the white wine, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the veal and, if necessary, a bit of water so that the meat doesn’t stick to the pot.
To finish, cook covered over low heat for about 50 minutes.
