A good farm-raised guinea fowl is a guaranteed pleasure. Guinea fowl is an interesting poultry to cook. For about 6 people, you will have a festive dish, especially if you prioritize quality and choose a farm-raised poultry purchased from the producer.

Ingredients
 1 Guinea fowl
 ½ cabbage
 ¼ Pumpkin
 2 Turnip
 2 Potato
 6 Jerusalem artichoke
 1 Onion
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 Thyme
 1 Bay leaf
 25 Beer
 100 Bacon bits
 1 Olive oil
 2 Chicken broth
 Pepper
Directions

Peel the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Peel the garlic and onion and chop them into cubes. Place the bacon in the pot with the onion and oil, and brown them. Add thyme and bay leaf inside the bird and brown it on all sides in the pot.

Deglaze with beer, add the vegetables and the broth cubes. Top up with water to the desired level. Add pepper.

To finish, close the pot and place it in the oven for 1 hour at 150°C (or forget it like I did on the edge of the stove).
